In 1993, two experienced woodworkers joined forces to form Riverside. Bob Krejci and Tim Pierce had developed their skill sets from different specialties within the business. Their convergence yielding broad capabilities that turned out to be much greater than the sum of their parts. From these two employees and a 5,000 sq. ft. shop, the company grew simply by doing excellent work and continually expanding their capabilities and expertise. Today, Riverside is comprised of 30 employees and a state-of-the-art shop spanning more than 21,000 sq. ft. in historic Over-the-Rhine. This collective now tackles the most challenging and complex jobs that other companies simply aren’t willing to take. Leadership
